All grief is welcome to this post-holiday grief gathering.  

Movement is a powerful way to be with and honor our grief.  Hannah Kinderlehrer, Holistic Coach and creator of Awaken the Dance, and Rebecca Luttrell, Psychotherapist, Grief Counselor and cohost of the All the Grief podcast, partner together to guide this beautiful opportunity to move with our grief.  In small community, we will share our hearts and our stories of grief as we gather resources for bearing what can feel unbearable.  Together we will co-create sacred space for the expression and honoring of grief in a culture that shies away from this inevitable human experience.
