There are three needs of the griever: To find the words for the loss, to say the words aloud, and to know that the words have been heard.

Victoria Alexander

In grief, the world can feel upside down.  It is. And, there is a way to move forward alongside your grief. I create space for grieving hearts to be fully witnessed and heard. I offer both grief groups and individual support. Together we can find ways to hold what feels unholdable. Through the use of breath, movement, creativity, sound, and ritual, I offer resources and guidance for grief work. Each grief process is unique and each grief journey is sacred.

Grief is a threshold. Grief work is transformative. Grief is sacred territory if held with reverence and allowed to unfold naturally. There is no timeline. There is no pressure to be "better." I see the pain of our individual losses and our collective heartbreak, not as a problem to be fixed or overcome, but as a very human experience to be tended with gentleness and love. I believe grief is the way the heart honors what it loves.

I offer in-person and online grief groups to support your journey with grief.

I am an artist, psychotherapist, grief guide, philosopher, and fellow griever. I lean into the spaces our culture leans away from, making room for the full experience of being human and alive. I love diving deep into the mystery of our existence. I believe in ritual and meditation and finding stillness and making noise. I honor all that arises in the sacred process of moving through loss and honoring grief.
