OFFERINGS

I offer one-on-one sessions for support and guidance through the experience of grief. I am here to support and normalize your experience and offer resources for navigating the challenges of grieving in a grief averse society. I am available to meet online or in-person.

We are meant to grieve in community. If you are in the Longmont/Boulder area of Colorado, I offer small in-person groups. I also offer online groups for those who are not local. Both are powerful ways to come together and witness and be witnessed in our grief. Contact me to learn more about upcoming groups.

Through Grief Support Network of Boulder, I offer donation based 8-week groups known as Book Reviews. Each group is a deep dive into a specific book on grief. You can find those offerings through the Grief Support Network Website at www.griefsupportnet.org.
